RETURN POLICY

Product exchange takes place within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, with the basic condition that the product is unused in its original condition and includes all of the original packaging as well as the receipt.

The return of the product to our place is done at the cost of the customer and the shipment of the new product is free.

The return can be made in one of the following ways:

1) By courier of the customer's choice at his own expense.

2) Delivery to our headquarters in person Monday-Friday 9:00 - 17:00.

3) The return of the product to our place should be done at the recipient's fee (Traveller's Shoes) exclusively with ACS and you will be charged €4, which will be paid upon receipt of the new product.

The shipment of the new product takes place after the product to be changed has been received by our company.

Regarding products that have been purchased with a discount, the return to our site is at the customer's expense and the reshipment has a shipping fee of €4.

If you choose to return to our place with a recipient's fee, the total cost of transport (return to our place and reshipment) will be €8, which you pay when you receive the product at the courier.

In shipments concerning Cyprus, the additional transport costs (relating to the return of the product to our headquarters and the reshipment) are charged exclusively to the customer, according to the charges provided by our store.

Returns which are made with a charge to the recipient without prior consultation with our store, will not be accepted.

Changes to special orders are not accepted. A special order is the change of color to a design that does not exist in the eshop range as well as a special configuration to the needs of each customer in width, length, etc.

REFUND TERMS

Delivery of product to our premises at the cost of the customer, with the basic condition that the product is unused in its original condition and includes all of the original packaging as well as the receipt.

3) Returning the product to our place should be done at the recipient's fee (Traveller's Shoes) exclusively with ACS and you will be charged €4, which will be deducted when the money is refunded to your account.

The shipment must be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer. The refund is made to an account indicated by the customer within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product and after it has been established by us that it is in the aforementioned condition.

In shipments concerning Cyprus, the return costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

The amount refunded will be deducted from the shipping costs, as specified when completing the order, as well as any bank charges incurred.
